Job summary

Novare is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to liaise with stakeholders, elicit and analyze needs, and validate requirements for business processes and information systems. The role emphasizes understanding problems, recommending solutions, and supporting clients across projects in a hybrid Manila-area setup.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 3 years in application development as BA/SA/dev/tester, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

The business analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information System, Information Technology or related field.
• Preferably with previous experience in handling insurance projects
• Experience in data analysis is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Development as Business Analyst, System Analyst, developers, or testers.
• Excellent in English speaking and writing.
• Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as clients, developers, quality assurances, subject matter experts, and architects.
• Must be willing to work in BGC, on a hybrid work setup
• Candidates who can start ASAP will be prioritized
