Job summary

Umpisa Inc. in Manila seeks an experienced Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, write US and acceptance criteria, and work closely with clients and technical teams. You will contribute to banking projects, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure clarity in business needs and solution delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration in a Scrum environment, and the ability to translate complex processes into actionable requirements for development teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and systems analysis, release management, project management, or service transition.
• Experience with various banking processes (loans or deposits).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical personnel and end-users at multiple levels.
• Experience with problem solving, workflow systems analysis, process redesign, user training, and documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional work teams toward task completion.
• General PC knowledge including MS Office.
• ITIL certification is a nice to have skill.
• Nice to have experience with deploying packaged applications.

Duties & Responsibilities

He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned Project:
