Position: Business Analyst

Company Industry: Home Furniture Company

Work Schedule: 6 Days a week, 10am to 7pm

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing business processes across departments (Supply Chain, Accounting, CRM, SRM)
• Gather and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research
• Prepare business documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure alignment with business goals
• Support testing efforts by reviewing test cases, analyzing results, and verifying fixes
• Develop visual process models and workflow diagrams to support understanding and implementation
