Job summary

AGRICH AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT INC. seeks an IT/AV technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and networks, and to set up AV equipment for meetings and events. You will provide technical support to employees and guests, perform routine maintenance, and monitor system performance.

The role requires basic networking knowledge, familiarity with AV gear such as projectors and sound systems, and strong communication skills to deliver prompt, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, computer engineering, electronics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with AV equipment including projectors, sound systems, and LED displays.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to issues.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Set up and operate audio-visual equipment for meetings, events, and presentations.
• Provide technical support to employees and guests regarding IT and AV concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates of IT and AV equipment.
• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of internet, computer, and AV systems.
• Maintain inventory of IT and AV equipment and accessories.
