Job summary

AGRICH AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT INC. in the Philippines seeks a capable IT/AV Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems, and to set up AV gear for meetings and events in Davao City.

You will provide technical support to employees and guests, perform routine maintenance, monitor connectivity and equipment performance, and manage IT/AV inventories with good communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT, CE, Electronics or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, and networks.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with audio-visual equipment such as projectors, sound systems, microphones, and LED displays.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to technical issues promptly.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage but not required.
