HRTx Inc in Makati City is seeking an IT Audit Manager for an on-site, morning shift role. You will plan, scope, and manage IT audit engagements, supervise teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and client communications.

The position requires at least 5 years in IT audit or risk advisory, CPA and/or CISA preferred, with strong knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Excellent analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA and/or CISA preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant IT audit experience in risk advisory or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and report-writing skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, scope, and manage IT audit and assurance engagements.
• Develop staffing and activity plans; supervise and review team output.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and client communications.
• Monitor budgets, billing, and engagement profitability.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address engagement issues.
• Lead IT audits covering ITGC, application controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Translate technical vulnerabilities into business risks with actionable recommendations.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
