Job summary

DITO Telecommunity Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Audit professional to oversee end-to-end IT audits of systems, applications and infrastructure. You will design data marts, analyze audit data and support cross-functional audits across financial and accountability domains.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with SAP, SQL and office tools. Fluency in English is preferred but not essential. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in communication engineering, Computer Science, Finance or Information Technology.
• Professional experience within the public sector.
• 4+ years of work experience.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred but not required.
• Familiar with databases, proficient in SQL, experienced with SAP, OA, CRM, billing systems and other similar platforms.
• Skilled in SPSS and SAS, and adept at using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good oral and written communication skills and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end internal audits of IT systems, applications and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement risk-based IT internal control improvements.
• Design and maintain the audit data mart; analyze data for audit purposes.
• Provide IT audit support for financial, accountability, and special audits.
• Fulfill other critical tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Head.
