Job summary

Reyes Tacandong & Co. is seeking an Advisory Services Associate Manager for Digital Trust Services (IT Audit) to lead IT assurance, cybersecurity, and resiliency initiatives. You will guide a team of Associates, collaborate with senior management, and act as the primary client liaison on complex engagements.

You will drive engagement planning, execution, and delivery while staying abreast of evolving industry standards and regulatory changes that impact client controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit, or IT/Business related field.
• CPA, CISA, CISM or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with IT control frameworks (ISO, COBIT, ITIL) and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in IT audit tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Digital Trust Services practice area.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
• Provide leadership and development for Associates; set goals and trainings.
• Serve as client liaison for IT Assurance, Cybersecurity, and Resiliency services.
• Lead client engagement meetings and present findings and recommendations.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT assurance and security.
• Collaborate with partners to identify cross-selling opportunities and growth.

Job Title: Advisory Services Associate Manager – Digital Trust Services (IT Audit)

Job Overview:

Associate Manager is responsible for collaborating with senior management to define strategies and objectives, managing departmental operations, leading and guiding a team of Associates, serving as a client liaison for IT Assurance Services, Cybersecurity Services, and Resiliency Services, conducting client engagement meetings, staying informed on industry trends, and working with firm partners to identify growth opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies, goals, and objectives for the Digital Trust Services Practice Area.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations within the practice area, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Associates, overseeing their work, setting goals, and providing training and development opportunities.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing expert advice on IT Assurance Services, Cybersecurity Services, and Resiliency Services.
• Lead client engagement meetings, presenting findings and recommendations, and working closely with clients to meet their needs and address any issues that arise.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT assurance, cybersecurity, and resiliency, and incorporate this knowledge into the services provided to clients.
• Collaborate with other senior managers and partners within the firm to identify opportunities for cross-selling services and expanding the firm's client base within the Digital Trust Services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Information Technology, and any other business related or accounting course.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with IT control and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO, COBIT, ITIL) and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in IT audit tools and software.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficient in English Communications skills (written and verbal).

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to lead client engagements from planning, execution, reporting, and submission of all deliverables ensuring quality in the performance of all phases of an engagement.
• Ability to lead multiple client engagements.
• Several years of experience in Managerial position in IT auditing, information security, or IT management.
