Job summary

Asian Development Bank (ADB) is seeking an IT Officer (IT Assurance) to lead IT controls testing and strengthen governance from its Manila HQ. You will oversee external audits, coordinate with auditors, and ensure IT controls align with SOX, SSAE, and SWIFT requirements.

The role requires guiding policy updates and developing dashboards to support audit and compliance across IT operations. Strong leadership, 8+ years IT audit experience, and knowledge of COSO/NIST/ISO27001 are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or computer science with advanced IT audit training.
• 8+ years in IT audit, governance, risk and controls.
• Experience leading IT controls reviews using SOX, SSAE, SWIFT frameworks.
• Familiar with COSO, NIST, PMBOK, SWIFT CSCF, ISO27001, ITIL.
• CISA/CRISC/PMP or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee external audit activities and controls testing within ITD.
• Coordinate with auditors and ITD staff to ensure audits are effective.
• Manage ICFR and IT control testing activities and reporting.
• Update IT policies and operations manuals; oversee AO 4.05 updates.
• Develop dashboards and reports; manage evidence collection tool configurations.
