Job summary

ERNI Philippines in Manila is seeking a motivated candidate to join our growing team in Mandaluyong. You’ll assist in building dashboards, crafting digital content, and applying AI-enabled tools to automate workflows while learning from experienced colleagues.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree and have internship or project experience in IT, data analytics, or digital tools, with strong collaboration across multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Academic, project-based, or internship IT/digital tools experience.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing dashboards and reports using Power BI and Power Platform.
• Support creation of digital content (presentations, infographics, training materials).
• Learn to apply AI-enabled tools for automating workflows and data analysis.
• Contribute to divisional initiatives by assisting coordination and documentation.
• Provide operational and administrative support (meetings, schedules, records).
• Support divisional activities through logistical coordination and reports.
• Participate in workshops and collaborative projects to build skills.
• Assist in other deliverables as required by the supervisor.

What are our wishes?

Additional experience that would be advantageous:

• Experience with workflow automation or low-code/no-code development.

• Assist in preparing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Power Platform, and other analytics tools.

• Support the creation of digital content (presentations, infographics, and training materials) using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

• Learn to apply AI-enabled tools for automating workflows, analyzing data, and enhancing engagement.

• Contribute to divisional initiatives by assisting in coordination, preparing status updates, and documenting activities.

• Provide operational and administrative support, including coordinating meetings, managing schedules, maintaining records and documentation, monitoring action items, and assisting in procurement or budget monitoring activities.

• Support divisional activities through logistical coordination, onboarding support, preparation of reports and presentations, and other activities that contribute to the effective delivery of the division’s work.

• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and collaborative projects to build technical and organizational skills.

• Assist in any other deliverables as required by their user unit supervisor and team as required from time to time.
