Job summary

Signode, the Transit Packaging division of Crown Holdings, Inc., is seeking an Enterprise Apps Support Analyst based in the EMEA region. This role involves supporting end users in utilizing enterprise software programs efficiently to meet business objectives.

The Analyst will field incidents, fulfill service requests, document resolutions, and test fixes to ensure the reliable operation of ERP systems and other enterprise applications across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
