Job summary

ECC International in the Philippines is seeking an ISO Supervisor to implement and maintain an Integrated Management System based on ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and preferably ISO 50001. You will oversee GHG inventory and drive continuous quality improvements across projects while aligning with client objectives.

The role requires leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to train teams, perform audits, and report on IMS status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science required.
• 10+ years of experience in ISO IMS implementation.
• Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer in ISO 14001/45001; ISO 50001 preferred.
• Familiarity with GHG, carbon neutrality and sustainability standards.
• Strong written and verbal English; able to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IMS improvements per Delivery Head goals.
• Review client data and prepare reports.
• Lead audits and maintain IMS documentation.
• Train ISO team and relevant staff.
• Develop and update HIRA, Risk Registers and procedures.
• Support client relations and present value delivered.
