Job summary

HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/ISO Compliance professional for an on-site role in Taguig. You will prepare and maintain ISO documentation, review client information for gaps, and support audit readiness with organized evidence and checklists.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in QA/ISO roles in technical industries, strong English writing skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and cloud tools like Google Drive and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Assurance, ISO Compliance, Quality Systems, Document Control, Compliance or Audit Support.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, civil, chemical processing or similar technical industries.
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other management systems.
• Strong written English and document preparation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Trello or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain ISO documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, forms, and registers.
• Review client information and identify missing documents or compliance gaps.
• Support ISO audit preparation by organizing evidence, preparing checklists, and maintaining audit records.
• Track corrective actions, non-conformances, risks, and compliance activities.
• Maintain document control, version history, and organized client files.
• Assist consultants with project coordination and documentation updates.
• Ensure all documents are accurate, consistent, and aligned with client requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of templates, registers, and internal processes.
