You will manage appointments, process sales and payments, maintain an orderly reception area, and collaborate with tailors and managers to ensure smooth service during a bustling tropical season on the island.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; fashion/hospitality coursework a plus.
• 1–2 years in customer service or retail, preferably fashion or hospitality.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills; customer-focused.
• Basic computer skills for appointments, payments, and records.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide information on bespoke tailoring and alteration services.
• Promote clothing, tailoring, and alteration services; upsell offerings.
• Schedule fittings and consultations; manage time efficiently.
• Take measurements, record specifications, and process payments.
• Monitor and restock display materials; report inventory needs to management.
• Follow up with clients on order progress and pickup/delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk reflecting the boutique brand.
• Collaborate with tailors and management to ensure high-quality service.
