Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support order processing, invoicing, and cash handling while delivering strong customer service to dealers and customers.

You will process orders, upsell where appropriate, manage MCP transactions, conduct RPO/H2H calls, and help maintain product availability in line with planograms and 5S. The role offers growth in a dynamic direct-selling environment, with emphasis on teamwork, time management, and adherence to

About the role

Ensure accurate order processing, proper invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service. Process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, handle MCP transactions, and encode new recruit data. Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
