Job summary

Kenvue is hiring an Invoice to Cash Senior Analyst to support collections, disputes, and deductions for our global customer base. The role will help drive process optimization while ensuring compliance and performance standards are met. Based in the Asia Pacific region with hybrid work in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate holds a finance/accounting degree, 2–4 years of relevant experience, English fluency, and preferably Korean language skills to engage with market stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of finance experience, esp. collections/deductions/credit management.
• Experience in shared services/global business services.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Business-level Korean preferred for Korea market support.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Invoice to Cash operations for collections and disputes/deductions management.
• Serve as point of contact for invoice to cash inquiries for assigned customer portfolio.
• Assist with new customer setups and profiling for collections.
• Apply collection techniques to maximize cash flow and monitor past due notices.
• Analyze doubtful debt reserves and update DSO metrics.
