Chevron Corporation is seeking an Invoice Processing Analyst based in Makati City, Philippines. This role handles PO and non-PO invoices, credits, and payment requests in SAP, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

You will resolve invoice discrepancies, coordinate with business units and suppliers, and maintain strong internal controls while exploring process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Strong English communication, both written and oral.
• Analytical, teamwork, and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in MS Excel; willing to learn new systems and tools.
• Willing to work shifts, including mid and night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Process PO and non-PO invoices, credit memos, and payment requests in SAP accurately and within prescribed cut-off times.
• Resolve invoice exceptions by coordinating with business units and suppliers, and escalating when needed.
• Respond to supplier inquiries and complete account reconciliation traces on time.
• Adjust vendor accounts based on approved documentation and within agreed thresholds.
• Follow internal controls, policies, and audit requirements in all transactions.
• Identify and support process improvements to sustain quality and increase efficiency.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.

About the Role

We have exciting opportunities for Invoice Processing Analyst , based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines .

This is an evergreen posting for multiple openings, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Process PO and non-PO invoices, credit memos, and payment requests in SAP accurately and within prescribed cut-off times.
• Resolve invoice exceptions (e.g., missing purchase orders or goods receipts, price or quantity mismatches) by coordinating with business units and suppliers, and escalating when needed.
• Respond to supplier and business inquiries and complete account reconciliation traces on time.
• Adjust vendor accounts based on approved documentation and within agreed thresholds.
• Follow internal controls, policies, and audit requirements in all transactions.
• Identify and support process improvements that sustain quality, increase efficiency, and improve the customer experience.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business course
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, teamwork, and customer engagement skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel; comfortable learning new systems and digital tools
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage volume and deadlines
• Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
• Willing to work shifts, including mid and night shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Accounts Payable or invoice processing experience
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA exposure is a plus); JDE experience is an advantage but not required
