Job summary

Aboitiz Group seeks an Officer for Investor Relations to help communicate the company’s financial story to the investment community and ensure meaningful, data-driven shareholder engagement.

You will prepare disclosure documents for quarterly and annual results, support earnings briefings, coordinate IR events, and respond to inquiries from shareholders and analysts. A degree in Business/Accounting/Finance and 3+ years in IR or finance are required.

Qualifications

• Supports in preparing disclosure documents for quarterly and annual results and related items.
• Assists in earnings results briefings with complete, accurate materials and relevant speakers.
• Helps prepare IR update reports for the board.
• Coordinates meetings with investors and analysts.
• Acts as alternate contact for shareholders and analysts.
• Tracks market sentiment and investor feedback.
• Monitors shareholder ownership changes and benchmarking against peers.
• Leads logistics and production of key IR events.

The Officer for Investor Relations serves as a back-end support function in ensuring that the company’s financial story is communicated effectively to the investment community and shareholder engagement is meaningful and data-driven.

What You'll Do

• Supports in the accurate and compliant preparation of relevant portions of disclosure documents, which include, but are not limited, to AEV’s and AP’s: Quarterly and annual financial and operating results, Relevant M&A activity, Responses to PSE/SEC queries, if any, CFO Message in the integrated report
• Timely execution of quarterly earnings results briefings for AEV and AP with complete, accessible and accurate materials and relevant speakers.
• Helps in the preparation of IR update reports for the AEV and AP boards.
• Help coordinate meetings, roadshows, conferences, and calls with investors and analysts.
• Serve as an alternate point of contact for inquiries from shareholders, analysts, and prospective investors.
• Track and respond to market sentiment, investor feedback, and information request.
• Track competitor performance and disclosures. Conduct benchmarking against peers.
• Track shareholder ownership changes and maintain profiles of key investors.
• Lead in seamless execution of logistics and production of key IR events.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, investor relations, banking, or finance.
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical skills, including data management and financial analysis.
