Walton Global Philippines Inc. in Taguig is seeking an Investor Relations/Client Service Officer with 1–3 years' experience for a hybrid role. The position focuses on managing client inquiries, investor updates, and campaigns across North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business, has strong English skills, and is proactive with excellent communication and analytical abilities. Experience in financial services is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional work experience in financial services.
• Excellent command of English; Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, performance-driven, and a team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone and email inquiries from clients and business partners about the company’s products and services, ensuring timely responses.
• Address investors’ inquiries and complaints per company protocol.
• Conduct outward client servicing campaigns to maximize customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives.
• Maintain close communications with clients via phone and email across regions.
• Produce investor updates and reporting as requested by executive management.
• Assist in planning regional client updates and servicing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and narratives for investor communications.
