Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors and shareholders
• - Communicate regularly with investors and shareholders to provide updates on company performance and answer any inquiries
• - Coordinate and assist in the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and other materials
• - Monitor and analyze market trends and investor sentiment
• - Conduct research and analysis on competitors and industry trends
• - Assist in the planning and execution of investor events and conferences
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and legal, to ensure accurate and timely communication with investors and shareholders
• - Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to investor relations
• - Support the investor relations team in any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed

Requirements:

• - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• - 2-3 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field
