• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors and shareholders.

• Coordinate the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and materials.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and investor sentiment.
• Conduct research on competitors and industry trends.
• Assist in planning and executing investor events and conferences.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, and legal teams for timely investor communications.
• Stay updated on SEC regulations and compliance related to investor relations.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as needed by the investor relations team.
