Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to support registry, transfer agency and investor relations functions. The role is 100% onsite at Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig, with a day-shift schedule and willingness to work extra hours when required.

You should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience; Mandarin is not required but helpful, and candidates who are smart, numerate, and able to build relationships with third-party

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Willing to work day shift and be punctual.
• On-site role at Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig.
• At least 1 year of experience in Registry/Transfer Agency/Investor Relations.
• Experience in fund management is a plus.

Specific position: Investment Operations Analyst

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree


• Willing to work on a DAYSHIFT schedule; Willing to work beyond required hours if needed and punctual at all times


• Amenable to work 100% onsite in Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig


• Graduate of BS degree


• at least 1 year of relevant experience in Registry/Transfer Agency/Investor Relations


• Mandarin speaking and writing skills are not required but would be looked upon favourably along with previous experience within the fund management industry, specifically working in unit registry


• Smart, numerate, self-motivated and eager to build relationships with all 3rd party providers to the business and colleagues


• Flexible communications skills


• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment


• Professionally presented at all times


• Must be hard working, friendly, energetic and willing to work under pressure


• Must have a good sense of responsibility and initiative


• Can start ASAP
