Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Fund Servicing Associate in Asset Management Operations to partner with business and technology stakeholders, define and test requirements, and support risk and control outcomes. You will identify gaps, document solutions, and drive issues to closure in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

You will help ensure end-to-end traceability, data extraction, and robust process documentation, while delivering prioritized work with increasing independence.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in program delivery, business analysis, or strategy implementation within financial services or an operations environment.
• Experience supporting investment operations processes, including trade life cycle concepts and reconciliations.
• Elicit, document, validate, and manage business and data requirements end to end.
• Partner with technology teams through solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
• Structured analysis of process flows and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Manage complex stakeholder groups across technology, operations, risk, legal, and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain complex topics clearly to varied audiences.
• Track issues and drive remediation to closure, documenting exceptions and lessons learned.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and quality.
• Risk and control mindset; awareness of operational risk and well-controlled processes.
• Proficient with Jira and Microsoft Office tools for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Jira tickets and project delivery artifacts to support transparent tracking and reporting.
• Partner with technology teams to gather data requirements and document end-to-end solution approaches.
• Perform end-to-end testing, reconciliation, and results documentation to support implementation readiness.
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with sponsors and stakeholders to manage expectations and progress.
• Partner with subject matter experts to align requirements with established processes, controls, and principles.
• Coordinate data extraction from multiple sources and support interpretation of results for stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed business analysis on complex processes and present findings and options.
• Produce clear business requirements and/or business process documentation to support delivery and auditability.
• Recommend operating model and implementation options addressing complex requirements.
