Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Manila is seeking an Investment Banking - Reference Data Analyst to manage and validate critical reference data, including setup and maintenance of SSIs, to support regulatory compliance and business operations.

The role requires collaboration with Middle Office and clients to ensure timely and accurate processing, adherence to SLAs, and ongoing process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 0.6 to 3 years of work experience in corporate Banking.
• Basic knowledge of Banking operations/Financial Products.
• Microsoft Office/Suite proficiency.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Input and approve Standard Settlement Instructions in downstream systems.
• Ensure adherence to processing guidelines (KOP).
• Monitor mailboxes for processing and queries.
• Participate in team huddles and meetings; engage in employee activities.
• Complete mandatory trainings within deadlines; plan leaves/breaks per process deliverables.
• Meet productivity targets and ensure accurate 2-eye processing within SLA.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention and remediate process gaps.
• Create end-of-day logs/reports for daily transactions and maintain EOD controls.
