Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience with static data and data lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication with Business stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to operate across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact/backup in absence of AVP.
• Manage and monitor mailboxes and arrange connects with Stakeholders.
• Assist the team in processing requests and meet regulatory deadlines.
• Prepare process KOP and support training/UAT/testing.
• Provide feedback on quality and productivity; participate in staffing decisions.
• Identify training needs and ensure audit readiness.
