Job summary

MELCO RESORTS & ENTERTAINMENT in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an Investigator, Operations Philippines to support investigative cases under the Director, Investigation. You will perform discreet investigations and assist with intelligence reporting, with exposure to executive protection duties as directed by senior leadership.

The role requires familiarity with investigative processes, strong English communication, and flexibility for on-call or extended shifts to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Sufficient familiarity with Investigative process.
• Reads, writes, speaks and understands English.
• Willing to work 24 hour shifts and flexible hours if operational needs require.

Responsibilities

• Performs discreet investigations as directed by the Director, Investigation.
• Provides weekly or incident specific intelligence reports to the Director, Investigation.
• Generates and maintains external intelligence sources and reports findings to the Investigations Management.
• Assists the Director, Investigation in gathering intelligence on staff activities on and off duty.
• Performs other reasonable duties assigned by the Investigation Analyst or Management.
• Training and personal development.
• Keeps up-to-date with department and company policies and procedure.
• Effectively manages and maintains own quality of work performance.
• Actively participates in regular performance improvement reviews.
