Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment in Manila, Philippines seeks an Analyst, Cyber Security Operations to execute daily SOC tasks, monitor security events, and respond to incidents. You will manage a central channel, update shift logs, and coordinate with Tier 2 for in-depth analysis.

The role requires 2–3 years IT experience and a BS in CS/IS or related field, with strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network analysis, and SIEM tools. Collaboration, independence, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT experience.
• BS in Computer Science, IS, or related field or three years of equivalent experience.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, FTP, NetBIOS and other protocols.

Responsibilities

• Identify, categorize, prioritize, and investigate events from SOC log sources (SIEM, firewall, IDS/IPS, proxy, antivirus).
• Perform initial investigation, triage, and respond to potential incidents.
• Maintain SOC shift logs, ticket queues, and documentation; pass details to Level 2 analysts.
