Job summary

Suntra International Trading Corp. is seeking an organized inventory staff to support warehouse operations in the Manila area.

You will prepare and pack items, update daily inventory records, and send weekly reports on discrepancies, near expiry, or damaged stock. Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and office devices is required.

Two years of related experience, ability to use scanners and printers, and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in inventory staff or warehouse operations.
• Proficient with computers and office devices such as scanners and printers.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack items.
• Receive and send report of incoming items.
• Update inventory records daily.
• Send weekly report of discrepancy, near expiry, damaged stock.
• Send end-of-week and end-of-month inventory report.
• Ensure proper storage and labelling of stocks and compliance with safety procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned.
