Job summary

ALSTOM Gruppe is seeking a full-time Storekeeper in Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines to manage receiving, storing, and issuing materials for ongoing projects. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and basic math skills, with forklift certification advantageous.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with suppliers, and support loading/unloading activities while upholding safety and efficiency in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills: ability to keep track of inventory and ensure materials are readily available.
• Attention to detail: accuracy in record-keeping and material handling is crucial.
• Basic math skills: ability to perform calculations related to inventory and quantities.
• Physical stamina: ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems: familiarity with manual or computerized software.
• Experience in a construction or warehouse environment: previous storekeeper or similar role is a plus.
• Forklift certification (if applicable): ability to safely operate forklifts; Certified NC II holder.

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming materials and validating against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Inspecting materials for stock condition and discrepancies vs documents.
• Storing materials in an organized, safe storage area with proper stock rotation.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels.
• Placing replenishment orders as needed and conducting regular counts.
• Issuing materials to authorized personnel in correct quantities and quality.
• Maintaining receipts, issues, and inventory documentation.
• Assisting with loading/unloading and operating warehouse equipment where applicable.
• Coordinating with suppliers and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
