Job summary

ALSTOM Philippines, Inc. in Mabalacat, Pampanga is seeking a Full-time Storekeeper responsible for receiving and validating materials, inspecting condition, storing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure materials are available for projects.

You will also coordinate with suppliers and project managers, operate forklifts, and uphold safety and organization in a warehouse environment, with NC II certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to track inventory and ensure materials are readily available.
• Attention to detail in record-keeping and material handling.
• Basic math skills for calculations related to inventory and quantities.
• Physical stamina to lift and move materials, potentially including heavy items.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and familiarity with manual or computerized tracking.
• Experience in a construction or warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification and ability to safely operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and supplies, validating against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Inspect materials for physical condition, identifying damage or discrepancies versus documents.
• Store materials in an organized and accessible manner, ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean and safe storage area.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or computerized systems.
• Monitor stock levels and place replenishment orders as needed.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel based on requisitions in correct quantities and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and inventory levels.
• Prepare and distribute documentation related to materials and supplies.
