Job summary

Waltermart Supermarket Inc. in Malolos, Bulacan is seeking a Compliance Officer / Inventory Officer to oversee the implementation of control procedures and safeguard company assets.

The role focuses on asset safety, inventory accuracy, and enforcing control standards across selling, front end, and warehouse operations. The position also involves training and developing the Control personnel and ensuring timely submission of reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Administration related courses
• With atleast 2 years relevant experience in control, audit and inventory

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety and security of the company assets that includes cash, inventory, documents, data, receivables, and fixed assets
• Ensures inventory accuracy
• Assists in the implementation of the control standards
• In-charge on the training and development of the Control personnel
• Ensures that all the standards are implemented as a process champion of selling, front end, warehouse operations and clearing procedures
• Ensures the accuracy and timely submission of reports
