Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking an Inventory Associate to manage and optimize the inventory of products and materials for the Store operation.

You will monitor stock levels, track flow of inventory, identify discrepancies, and prepare detailed reports to support informed purchasing decisions.

• Track the flow of inventory and maintain accurate records
• Identify and manage stock discrepancies and variances
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports, tracking product turnover
• Analyze trends in stock levels and inventory turns to optimize purchasing decisions

Responsible for managing and optimizing the inventory of products and materials required for the Store operation.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels of product devices
• Track the flow of inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and manage stock discrepancies and variances.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and maintain inventory reports, tracking product turnover, and identifying slow-moving items.
• Analyze trends in stock levels and inventory turns to optimize purchasing decisions.
