Job summary

GoPrime Technology Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Sales Admin to support daily warehouse operations and provide administrative support to the sales team.

The role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and timely processing of sales documents while delivering excellent customer service. The position involves receiving deliveries, picking and packing orders, maintaining records, and coordinating with customers and the warehouse team to ensure smooth order

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Experience in warehouse operations or sales admin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading/unloading products safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of products.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with sales to update order status and delivery schedules.
