Job summary

You will lead a team to ensure data integrity, support audits, and drive continuous improvements in inventory control and reporting. A degree in logistics or MBA-related field and hands-on WMS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse operations or inventory control.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Experience with WMS, SAP, or similar inventory platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory transactions and maintain accurate records in the WMS.
• Analyze stock movements, levels, adjustments, and trends to identify discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate variances and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare inventory performance reports and dashboards for management.
• Support inventory accuracy initiatives to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Customer Service, and IT to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
• Monitor aging and obsolete inventory and recommend actions.
• Participate in process improvement projects for warehouse efficiency.
• Assist during customer audits and internal reviews.
• Support system testing and data validation for WMS.
