Job summary

Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corporation in Pasig is seeking an experienced Inventory Operations Supervisor to oversee inventory control across multiple plants. You will monitor stock accuracy, lead a team, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced plant environment.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering background with 2–3 years of supervisory inventory experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of supervisory experience in inventory or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory monitoring and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure accurate physical inventory counts and inventory records.
• Monitor inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Track inventory movements, transfers, returns, and disposals.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
• Conduct plant visits to validate inventory and operational compliance.
• Lead and support assigned personnel to achieve operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory monitoring and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure accurate physical inventory counts and inventory records.
