Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stocks against delivery documents
• Record stock receipts, transfers, releases, and adjustments accurately
• Organize and properly store inventory in designated locations
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and report low, excess, damaged, or missing items
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate records
• Assist with picking, packing, and releasing items as needed
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of inventory
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the storage area
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and other departments regarding inventory concerns
