Job summary

Bestank Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise department staff, and ensure accurate inventory control and on-time dispatch. The role involves coordinating with engineering, QA, and other departments to meet quality, delivery, and budget targets.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree with 1–3 years of related experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and office applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years working experience in the same field.
• Keen eye for detail and strong customer service orientation; QA skills advantageous.
• ISO training advantageous.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel and office software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff (Department Supervisors) and collaborate with the Engineering Supervisor to meet organizational requirements.
• Oversee safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper documentation in inventory movements across departments.
• Maintain computerized inventory administration and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure workplace safety and stock security; manage housekeeping.
• Train staff and monitor performance of Department Supervisors.
• Coordinate with other departments and customers.
• Oversee stock control and order processing; ensure quality, delivery and budget objectives.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics based on KPIs for each department.
