SUPERB CATCH INC. is seeking an IM & Logistics Supervisor in the Philippines to oversee inventory management and logistics operations in our facilities in Metro Manila.

This full-time role ensures efficient warehouse performance, accurate stock levels, and coordinated product deliveries to customers and distribution points. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in inventory or logistics supervision, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to lead warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations (2–5 years).
• Proven ability to supervise warehouse or logistics teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations and ensure adherence to standards.
• Supervise warehouse staff across receiving, storage, picking and dispatching.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct stock audits.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for timely product delivery.
• Train and mentor warehouse and logistics team members.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate inventory reports.
