STAFFLUENCE RESOURCES, INC. is seeking an Inventory Assistant to be assigned in Mamplasan Biñan City, Laguna. The role focuses on inbounding, documentation, and supporting the Demand Department with accurate records for seamless logistics, tracking, and forecasting.

The ideal candidate has a business/engineering/logistics background with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements, etc.). Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Inbounding, documentation, and support Demand Department by keeping records accurate and up to date to ensure seamless logistics, tracking, and forecasting.
• Handle movement logs, batch numbers, and product expiration dates, strictly maintaining safety and product rotation protocols.
• FIFO/LIFO Management to eliminate waste and expiration losses.
• Monitor and reconcile stock movements between warehouse and system transactions
• Assist with day-to-day inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
