Job summary

Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk at Olympic Village Festival Mall in Metro Manila. You will handle deliveries encoding, pull-outs, adjustments, and stock reconciliation, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and aging of stocks.

We value strong MS Office skills (Excel, Pivot), customer service orientation, and a proactive approach to implement stockroom rules and daily tasks. Experience in retail is preferred and readiness to start ASAP is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate of any computer related course.
• Must have at least 1 year minimum experience in retail.
• Must be computer literate.
• Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be hardworking, honest and people oriented.
• Can multitask and fast learner.
• Must be customer service oriented and with positive disposition.
• Knows how to perform his job.
• With pleasing personality.
• Applicants must be willing to be assigned in OLYMPIC VILLAGE FESTIVAL MALL.
• Willing to be under cooperative/agency with minimum NCR salary.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Encoding of deliveries, pull out and adjustment.
• Analyze data for reconciliation and adjustment.
• Knows basic trouble shooting.
• With strong Inventory Management Skills.
• Knows how to reconcile stocks.
• Knows to implement rules in stockroom.
• Knows to follows the aging stage of each stocks/brands.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Pivot.
• Customer Service oriented.
