Job summary

Planters Aggregates Inc. is seeking a skilled Accountant with a focus on Management, Cost, and Inventory Accounting to join our finance team in Manila.

The role requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience and a strong command of Excel and ERP systems to ensure accurate financial and inventory reporting. You will monitor stock costs, perform variance analyses, and prepare comprehensive financial and management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or related field.
• At least three years of relevant work experience in management, cost, inventory, or general accounting.
• Knowledge of inventory monitoring, reconciliation, valuation, and cost analysis.
• Familiarity with inventory control procedures, stock movement documentation, and monitoring of material and supply costs.
• Experience in preparing financial reports, management reports, budget monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles, expense monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze financial and inventory data, identify discrepancies, and provide accurate reports to support management decisions.
• Good communication and coordination skills, particularly in working with different departments to ensure accurate financial and inventory records.
