Job summary

Bestank Manufacturing Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant to manage local PR creation and monitor stock levels across the factory. The role requires precise data entry, data verification, and timely approvals to ensure uninterrupted production.

The candidate should have an engineering background or a 4-year degree, be proficient in Excel, and capable of working Monday through Saturday while maintaining clear communication with the warehouse and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Preferably an Engineering graduate or any 4 year course.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
• Must be proficient with Excel.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create PR forms from LP site and fill the PR slip with required data.
• Check data required (last PO date, average consumption, SOH, remarks) and seek approvals.
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Factory Supplies to verify stock funds and replenish when needed.
• Check incoming items and confirm receipt of Pred items; follow up with LP as needed.

• Create PR form from LP site

• Seek approval

Factory Supplies Invty Control

Checking of stocks below critical level

• Verifying the items that reached critical level data given by from Factory Supplies

Checking actual

• Coordinate with warehouse if we have enough stocks

Create PR (local)

• Create PR form from LP site
• Fill up the PR slip, check the data required (last PO date, average consumption, soh, remarks). Be sure to fill up all necessary information required.
• Seek approval

Check incoming

• Check with receipt if Pred items were received
• Follow-up with LP as needed
