Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Encode and update stock movements (receiving, issuance, returns)
• Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounting departments
• Prepare inventory reports as required
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation of items
