Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records
Encode and update stock movements (receiving, issuance, returns)
Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts
Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages
Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounting departments
Prepare inventory reports as required
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation of items
