The role is based at Baloy, Tablon and requires coordination with warehouse and accounting teams to prevent shortages and discrepancies.

You will contribute to reliable inventory records, support plant operations, and participate in training opportunities while growing with the company.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, Management Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related course.
• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or plant accounting is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in inventory control procedures and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Detail oriented, organized, and analytical.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• The Inventory Specialist is responsible for monitoring, recording, and controlling plant inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and proper material flow.
• This role supports plant operations by maintaining reliable inventory records, coordinating with warehouse and accounting teams, and preventing shortages, overstocking, or inventory discrepancies.
