GAMA Foods Corporation is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro. The role focuses on planning daily dispatches, monitoring loading and delivery, and maintaining accurate dispatch and inventory records. It requires 1–2 years in logistics/dispatch coordination and proficiency in inventory systems and MS Excel.

The position is full-time with shifting schedules and will coordinate with production and cold storage teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

Graduate in Logistics, SCM, or Business Admin.
1–2 years in logistics/dispatch coordination.
Proficient with inventory systems and MS Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules for finished goods.
Monitor product loading, truck dispatch, and delivery for timeliness and accuracy.
Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement documentation.
Coordinate with production and cold storage teams to ensure product availability.
Address logistics issues, monitor turnaround time, and ensure compliance with company standards.
