Job summary

True Aire Aircon and Electrical Supply is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate stock records, monitor levels, and ensure proper receipt, storage and issuance of goods for daily warehouse operations. You will receive and verify incoming stocks against POs, record transactions in spreadsheets or the inventory system, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with purchasing and logistics to replenish stock.

This role emphasizes organization, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, warehousing, or stock handling is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills including Excel.
• Ability to lift and move stock when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stocks against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Record inventory transactions accurately in the inventory system or spreadsheets.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock, damaged, missing, or excess items.
• Organize, label, and store items properly in designated locations.
• Prepare and release materials or products based on approved requests.
• Reconcile physical stock with inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the storage area.
