Job summary

UNIQLO Philippines is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to normalize inventory management across store allocations, transfers, and system upgrades in line with the business plan. You will lead analysis of inventory by division, item, SKU versus store and company results, draw up allocation plans, and reflect them in the store inventory system.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/ Manager level specializing in inventory management or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership, analytical skills, and decision-making skills.
• Adept in numerical data analysis and in excel skills
• Strong passion and career aspiration with a business owner mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of inventory by division/item/SKU versus per store per area and total company results.
• Draw up allocation plan based on Monthly and Weekly sales plan and reflect them to store inventory system.
• Suggest and execute measures on sales and clearance, including urgent allocation and transfer based on store sales floor situation.
• Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
• Educate and conduct inventory control training for Area Managers and Store Managers.
