Job summary

TheeDC Inventory Control Assistant in Pasay, Philippines reports to the eDC Inventory Control Supervisor and is responsible for processing inventory adjustments to maintain high inventory quality. • Generate and review financial inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure real-time, accurate and complete records of all inventory transactions and perform physical and system inventory reconciliation.
• Process inventory adjustments and control to maintain high inventory quality while following SOPs.
• Ensure proper physical and system inventory of items according to SOP.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day inventory operations issues (e.g., problematic orders, stock allocation, returns).
• Generate, review and submit financial inventory reports including variances and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with order and replenishment teams on proper storage and putaway of items received.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
