Landers in the Philippines is seeking a full-time Auditor to ensure effective internal controls, verify assets and liabilities, and document audit tests and findings. The role focuses on preparing final reports, communicating findings to stakeholders, and maintaining accurate inventory records from purchase to disposition. The candidate should graduate from a 4-year business course, possess strong communication, and work independently.

Location: Taguig City. 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year business degree.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
• Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
• Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
• Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discusses findings with the concerned people in the organization.
• Ensures that all company assets are accounted upon purchase, release and return with proper documentation and inventory.
• Performs other duties that may be deemed necessary from time to time.
